Jefferson Health Plan - Carelon Behavioral Health

Effective July 1, 2021, 吃瓜不打烊 joined the healthcare consortium called "HEALTH" in partnership with The Jefferson Health Plan (JHP), a Third Party Administrator (TPA). JHP's EAP offers information, guidance, and support to help you and your family reach your personal and professional goals. It is part of the benefits offered by the College, and is available at no cost to you.

Who can use JHP's services?

JHP offers an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Carelon Behavioral Health. Employees enrolled in the 吃瓜不打烊 medical plan will have EAP coverage for themselves, dependents, and anyone in their household.

Privacy is a priority. Your personal information is kept private as required by state and federal laws. No one will know you have accessed the program services unless you grant permission or express a concern that presents a legal obligation to release information (for example, if it is believed you are a danger to yourself or to others).

JHP's EAP offers 5 counseling visits, either face to face, through secure video or telephonically. They also offer additional benefits, some listed below.
